We operate as a private service facilitation center providing assistance for government-related and utility services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments made by customers may or may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. By availing our services, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Payments collected towards ID registration or account activation are strictly non-refundable. Once an ID registration payment is made, the amount is used for system setup, account creation, configuration, and administrative processing. As these activities involve operational and technical resources, the ID registration payment cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Service fees collected for availing specific services are applicable only for service facilitation and processing support. If a customer requests a service and the service is successfully initiated or processed, the service fee paid shall not be eligible for cancellation or refund. This applies even if the application is later rejected by the concerned government department, as the rejection decision is outside our control.

In cases where a service cannot be processed due to a verified technical issue or an operator-related error from our side, a refund may be considered. Such refunds, if approved, will be limited strictly to the service fee amount and will be credited only to the customer’s internal wallet. No cash refunds, bank transfers, or external payment reversals will be provided.

Government fees, portal charges, statutory fees, and third-party processing charges collected as part of any application are strictly non-refundable. These charges are imposed by government authorities or external service providers and are not controlled by us. Once such fees are paid, they cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

If a customer chooses to discontinue a service midway, decides not to proceed after making payment, or requests cancellation for personal reasons, the amount paid shall not be eligible for refund. This includes situations where the customer decides that the ID or service is no longer required after payment has been completed.

Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis only when the service has not been processed due to reasons directly attributable to our system or operations. The decision to approve or reject a refund request rests solely with us, and such decisions shall be final and binding.

All approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame and credited to the customer’s wallet account only. Wallet balances may be used for future services offered by us and are non-transferable and non-withdrawable in cash.

Customers are advised to carefully review service details, fees, and eligibility conditions before making any payment. We shall not be responsible for refund claims arising from incorrect service selection, incomplete information, or changes in customer requirements after payment.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
